Press based on compensating clamps, designed for wood gluing for construction carpentry such as stair treads, furniture tops, windowsills, doors etc.
It is a perfect for smaller carpenter’s workshops and for sure will improve and facilitate wood gluing proces. When it is not needed at the moment it will serve as a working table. The device combines the function of gluing press and a work table. The clamps are easy to remove from the frame (no need to handle with any screws). The clamp magazine provides space for storing the clamps after they are removed. The upper frame with clamps tilts to reduce the size of the machine when the gluing parts waiting to be bound or the machine is not being used. The inclunation of the clamping frame is facilitated by use of gas cylinders. The position of the clamps on the frame can be moved smoothly and locked every 50 mm. Worktop perforated with holes fi 20 mm at a distance of 100 mm. The press is equipped with four swivel wheels, two of which are lockable. Our product ensures simultaneous squeezing of the glued laths and their alignment. Thanks to the use of a mechanism with profiled rods of a specified length the press profiles remain straight during pressing, keeping the glulam in plane. The press is designed for both hobbyists and professionals. No other clamp can provide as much pressing force as our compensating clamps.
